"President Trump realizes that President Putin lied when he said on the phone that he was ready for peace, or told his envoy that he was ready for peace", says Macron during a press briefing during a state visit to Vietnam.
"We have once again seen Donald Trump express his anger. A kind of impatience. I now only hope that it is translated into action."
It is not clear whether Macron has spoken to Trump recently.
The Frenchman is making renewed demands to set a deadline for a proper ceasefire – "so that everyone can see that he is lying" – and for Ukraine's allies to unite on "massive" punitive measures if that does not happen:

Thank you very much and God bless you.
Macron has no business speaking for President Trump. Grrrr
Lying propaganda from Little Napoleon in real time.
Little Z won’t give up an inch of his lost territories, thus he will lose them all.
Zaluzhny knows the score.
Macron is now a mind reader? Shove it up your Peugeot, France should hire an actual man for the job.
Little Napoleon won’t get his ceasefire.
“ The Frenchman is making renewed demands to set a deadline for a proper ceasefire”

Let Frenchie make all the demands he wants but this is still NOT OUR WAR. Let;s stay far away from it and let the EU and the neocons gnash their teath.
Frankly, I’d not be surprised to learn that Trump basically gave Putin enough rope to hang himself. Trump is no fool. He knows how much lying goes on in geopolitics. He also knows Putin’s track record.
This whole thing may have been a Trump ruse.
Um Normally you don’t stop hostilities until AFTER a ceasefire is signed
Let’s see what happens this week after Russia hands their ceasefire proposal to Ukraine
I’m sure it will be the same demand that Ukraine withdraw from the 4 Donbas regions like it has been for 3 years (Russia already controls 75% of them)
And Ukraine will reject it
Meanwhile it appears the Russian invasion of Sumy has began with reports of Russian troops crossing in several regions
Get out of NATO and let Europe settle this mess.
Yeah. They are hiding what Ukraine does to provoke and only cover Russias’ response and then say it’s Russia that doesn’t want peace when it’s the EU and their puppet in the Ukraine who don’t want peace.
And the coke snorting little frog gets his attention.
Oh yes. Trump should negotiate the way Europeans do: Eternally. Achieving nothing. Good idea, frog.
He’s mad because his wife slaps him around
Image if in 1945 Hitler and Tojo offered a ceasefire.
Right now, Ukraine has negotiating power, but it is losing strength.
A long-term deal must be worked out. Ukraine, must offer up one and it must include the return of Russian assets over the years.
If the Russians don’t get their money back, western intelectual property (drug company patents for the RF, western-owned copyrights for the RF, trademarks, etc.) will be reallocated WW2 Bayer asprin style. Cheap drugs will be available at Russian military bases worldwide to host country nationals.
The little creep “married” a tranny old enough to be his father, he has no business speaking for The President.
They'll gaining inches of territory each day. At this rate, they'll capture Sumy in 10 years.
Bury your head in the sand if you like, it will not help.
“We may not be interested in this war, but it is interested in us. I’m not trying to sell it to you, but no one can evade the fact that we are in the path of the storm. We dare not be disunited when liberty, the most precious jewel in our national strongbox, is at stake.”
“Si vis pacem, para bellum”
“If you want peace, prepare for war.”
The Golden Dome? Mostly an impossible bluff.
Putin didn’t lie. He has always had a core position and is trying to negotiate. But the western fools characterize not accepting losing side western demands as failure to negotiate.
It’s childish.
