YOU ARE NOT SUPERMAN

There are times when some events of life overwhelm us. Things at home or things at work can drain us. Sometimes we sense an urge to be "Superman" or even "God".

We want to "fix" things or "make everything better." In reality, this feeling can be the source of great stress and tension. We sometimes have to admit that certain things can't be fixed; certain things will not go away.

Got a problem, talk about it. It may not get "fixed" or go away, but you will feel better!

I had an odd dream. It was about a man who was stronger than Superman: Neutroniumman. He had complete control of gravity allowing him to to take the shape of a man despite his nuclear density. Throwing around planets like softballs was one of his powers.

It’s 60 here now. I’m going out shortly to turn on a sprinkler...the grass is not growing where the ducks congregate. Had about 25 last evening....been a while, but the odd couple have been here most days.

May HASHEM cause the enemies who rise up against us to be struck down before them. May the Holy One, Blessed is He, preserve and rescue our fighting men from every trouble and distress and from every plague and illness, and may He send blessing and success in their every endeavor.
