WATCH: Rep. Burchett Alleges Biden Staffers Used Autopen to Sell Pardons ( “cash for clemency” )

Tennessee Rep. Tim Burchett has alleged that staffers in Joe Biden’s administration engaged in a “cash for clemency” scheme, using an autopen to issue pardons in exchange for financial payoffs. An autopen is a device that mechanically reproduces signatures.

On Tuesday, Rep. Burchett appeared on “The Benny Johnson Show” and stated, “You are gonna find staffers that were able to take forms, get them and run them through some sort of bogus legal system, then they auto-penned them.”

Burchett said he believes there was a pay-for-pardon scheme happening, and pointed to a historical scandal involving former Tennessee Governor Ray Blanton, who was implicated in selling pardons in the 1970s.

“Tennessee has had a history of this; we had a governor … he sold pardons,” Burchett said. “You can look it up. His name is Ray Blanton. It made national news.”

“And there’s people out on the street that shouldn’t be, but somebody got rich off that. And I think those people — I hate to say it, but you’ll see something probably horrible happen to some of those people because it goes up the chain. This is a very dangerous town to play games in.”

Burchett speculated that staffers, potentially earning modest salaries, could have been offered up to “a quarter of a mil” to facilitate these pardons.

“I have no direct proof of that, but I’m just talking about history. You’ve got somebody making $100,000 a year, and somebody offers you a quarter of a mil in some safety deposit box … yeah,” the congressman said.

Bill Clinton did it for pardons. Why not Joe’s handlers?

the selling of pardons, contracts, licenses, and special advantages is the hallmark of EVERY 3rd world country I have visited and bloated, statist bureaucracy I have seen.

I have no doubt whatsoever the bureaucrats pulling FJB’s strings were engaged in the same.

Remember the Tennessee governor who sold pardons for CASH?
Pardon me, Ray
Are you the cat that signs the pardons?
Since you’re an old friend of mine
Just put your name on the line
(Put it on the line)

Double murder and rape
That’s all the jury put me in for
And I’m sure you’ll agree
They took advantage of me

Better watch your own butt there, Tim. Hillary’s long list of “coincidents” didn’t happen by themselves and those people do the opposite of pardoning.

Did you see the gulps on Patel and Bongino’s faces when asked about Epstein? Major mojo flying around to make those guys squirm.

Burchett is a rare politician. Clean, clever, and forthright.

He isn’t just tossing out wild speculation for headlines. He’s laying out a plausible pattern—tying past scandals to current behavior—to signal that this is on the radar. That puts pressure on anyone involved and nudges potential whistleblowers to come forward before they get burned.

It’s a classic D.C. move: say just enough to rattle cages. The brilliance isn’t in what he proves—it’s in who he spooks.

This begs the question, did cheney, kinzinger and fauci buy their pardons, and, if so, how much did they pay, and further, whose money did they use, since we know that libs don’t spend their own money?

the millions who illegally entered the U.S. during all 4 years did not come in for free.

Those illegals all had to pay the cartels to get them into the U.S.

The ‘coyotes’ are in most S.American countries.

The coyotes collect from those seeking illegal entry into the U.S. and make ‘arrangements’ to get them through.

The arrangements no doubt include paying those on the U.S. side to allow the illegals in. Can anybody doubt that the facilitators included Biden administrators and many democrats?

Democrats used the autopen to get funding for the DNC and future campaigns, and for personal gains. It’s also very likely that democrats got funding from the many millions who entered in the last 4 years. And most likely, a lot of the funding came from the flights used by the Biden administration to bring in the illegals. Funding from the illegal flights and border crossings could be in the billions.

Burchett said he believes there was a pay-for-pardon scheme happening,

Well, then "GET OFF YOUR A$$" and follow through by DOING SOMETHING about it. What ever happened to JUSTICE?
