House Speaker Mike Johnson said the three New Jersey Democrats who stormed the ICE facility in Newark last Friday may face disciplinary action.
Speaker Johnson said the members of Congress who assaulted ICE agents at the Delaney Hall center may face expulsion from Congress.
“Look, there’s three possible disciplinary actions that Congress – that the House can take. You can censure a member and that probably does seem appropriate here. You can kick them off committees… that’s a new tradition adopted by the Democrats or you can expel someone from Congress,” Johnson said.
Speaker Johnson pointed out that expulsion will be a challenge since it requires a two-thirds vote.
“We are looking at what is appropriate,” Johnson said. “I think it’s pretty clear that the law was violated.”

FLOATS……..REALLY!! Johnson is completely ball less!!!
Show me the money.
aoc and hoch keen will not be pleased. Redline and stuff.
Better to prosecute them and put them in prison so their districts have no representation in the House unless they resign.
He’ll never do it. He too nice a guy...
They’re Criminally Insane ,Lock Em Up
Johnson is a beta on his best day. I doubt the rat even gets censured
The Ice Agents need to crack a few skulls or mace the idiots
Johnson is a poof.
They should really find a way for Rob Menendez Jr. to visit his dad in prison for an extended reunion.
Johnson, all words, no action.
A ‘strongly worded letter’, in the form of censure, is all that’s coming.
Censure; ‘you did bad; don’t do it again’.
Typical Republican “leadership”.
All talk. No action.
If the parties were reversed, this measure would go a lot farther than just “floating.”
Then, why were they not arrested? Why have they not been charged?
Aas I posted on an earlier thread, these three Reps need the Santos expulsion treatment.
Aren’t those on the left saying that the Anthony kid was justified for killing Austin Metcalf because he was defending himself from Austin touching him just like this legislator touched the ICE person?
Arrest, expulsion, etc? No way. The left would say ICE should have stabbed this legislator to death.
And any rapist in this country would LOVE to be able to get away with saying what McIver did: ““I touch whoever I want [mf]!”

How about the same treatment the J6’ers got, especially the violent ones?
Believe when I see it. The GOP is useless. Johnson is just like Ryan. Going to lose the mid terms because of his inaction.
Hopefully they will be soon.
