Karoline Leavitt Refuses to Rule Out Arrest of Supreme Court Judges

The Trump administration is open to arresting Supreme Court judges, as White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt told it on Monday morning.

“You guys arrested a Milwaukee County Circuit judge for allegedly helping illegal immigrants get away,” Fox News’s Peter Doocy asked Leavitt. “As you guys look at other judges, would you ever arrest somebody higher up on the judicial food chain, like a federal judge or even a Supreme Court justice?”

“That’s a hypothetical question, again I defer you to the Department of Justice for individuals that they are looking at or individual cases. But let’s be clear about what this judge did: She obstructed federal law enforcement who were looking for an illegal alien in her courthouse. She showed that illegal alien the door to evade law enforcement officials. That is a clear-cut case of obstruction,” Leavitt replied.

“And so anyone who is breaking the law or obstructing federal law enforcement officials from doing their jobs is putting theirselvses at risk of being prosecuted, absolutely.”

Leavitt already knew what Duecey was going to ask. And she provided the right response. Every question asked is vetted first. The follow-up question is something different altogether.

This is how they perpetuate hatred and vitriol against Trump. It’s sickening but there’s nothing we can do about it in the 1st Amendment society but it is killing the country with propaganda poison.

Bear in mind this is New Republic’s slant on what was actually said, whose authors have apparently forgotten their previous “nobody is above the law” sentiment when it broke their ideological direction. That, incidentally, applies to reporters and editors as well.

“And so anyone who is ***breaking the law*** or ***obstructing federal law enforcement officials*** from doing their jobs is putting their selves at risk of being prosecuted, absolutely.

Examples must be made or it becomes a lawless trend they need to be disbarred.

Incompetence in the rule of LAW is unacceptable period.

I’m good with this answer:

They were all about arresting Justice Thomas a few months ago for some questionable vacations. Now they are against arresting judges. What was the change?

Who ‘visited’ Malta when it was still a safe place to hide money? And was at the University of Malta with Stefan Halper and possibly Josef Mifsud? And was in charge of FISA judges?

That’s true, and she didn’t rule out President Trump conquering Scotland and mandating all men wear kilts while golfing.

Nor did she rule out Trump putting Democrats and reporters who anger him in prison either.

This is so silly. If, hypothetically, a Supreme Court Justice killed someone or broke another law, then they would be arrested. But Leavitt should not walk into these traps.

If DJT were not to “defy” this crowd of upstart judges who are “ruling” way outside their venues his presidency would be reduced to sitting silently at his desk in the Oval Office, at least until some federal judge in Nebraska issues a national injunction against DJT sitting at that desk. Otherwise he would be totally relinquishing his powers of the presidency to a real oligarchy of low level judges. When Roberts and his puppy Conway validate the judicial coup then there really will be a Constitutional Crisis wherein the President absolutely must ignore the USSC.

It is why White House “journalists” enjoy a reputation between a child rapist and chain saw murderers.
