Representative Jamie Raskin (D-MD) claimed Friday on MSNBC’s “The Rachel Maddow Show” that Trump administration officials could be arrested for “interfering with a legal proceeding” or “kidnapping.”
Raskin said, “I regard it very much within the prism of what we’ve been dealing with over the last month, which is an intense assault on judicial independence. They have been disobeying federal court orders systematically. They have incurred criminal contempt findings in the courtroom of Judge Boasberg, a conservative Republican, a judge. They have been demanding the impeachment of judges who rule against the lawlessness of the Trump administration. There are now more than 90 preliminary injunctions and temporary restraining orders against the chaos that’s been unleashed on the country by the Trump administration.”

Raskin wants an impeachment proceeding so bad that I bet he is already practicing his floor speech for the occasion. They’ll eventually do more than just let Al Greene flail his cane and introduce impeachment proceedings, but right now they know the people are fully against their doing so.
The Democrats are delusional. They are trying to gin up more hate for Trump on the one issue on which he has the most support nationwide. Illegal aliens and the border. Between their faux outrage over the deportation over illegal aliens and corrupt judges being arrested, and making AOC and Crockett the face of their party, they are losing more voters every day.
Now if we can just get something done on election security. A few arrests on that front wouldn’t go amiss either.
