This is so damn cool.
NASCAR legend Greg Biffle took a trip to Black Mountain, North Carolina, for Easter Sunday, doing so with an Easter Bunny and 1,000 Easter eggs. He dropped the eggs from a helicopter for kids who were affected by Hurricane Helene. As you probably already know, North Carolina was the state hit the hardest by the storm

Although multiple injuries reported, none were serious. Thank goodness they didn't repeat the live turkey incident at Thanksgiving that one year a radio station sponsored.

Did the eggs have mini parachutes?
Or is this going to be a WKRN Turkey drop redux?

IIRC-—HE WAS THE FIRST OUTSIDER INTO THE AREA AFTER THE HURRICANE HIT-—IN HIS OWN HELICOPTER.
HE was bringing supplies HE PAID FOR.

My granddaughter turns 2 in May and had her first Easter egg hunt yesterday. Turns out she didn’t care at all about the eggs and just wanted to run around and play. She stepped on more eggs than she picked up.

This only works if they’re turkey eggs

There is a Recall Rose Acre Farms Recalls Shell Eggs Due to Possible Health RISK. PHOTOS OF BRANDS. BE SURE TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK.
22 illnesses have been reported to date.
The eggs were distributed from the farm in Hyde County, North Carolina and reached consumers in the following states: Colorado, Florida, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Virginia, and West Virginia through retail stores and restaurants via direct delivery.

The voluntary recall was a result of some illnesses reported on the U.S. East Coast, which led to extensive interviews and eventually a thorough FDA inspection of the Hyde County farm, which produces 2.3 million eggs a day. The facility includes 3 million laying hens with a USDA inspector on-site daily.
