On HUD—yes.
Right now most workers are being offered “DRP 2.0” = Deferred Resignation Program.
Once that process is complete (next couple of weeks) the agency will be cutting staff back to half of the starting point.
That includes closing the majority of field offices and cutting HQ staff in half—probably in a month or two.
