Supreme Court rules Trump administration can cancel $65 million in teaching grants

The Supreme Court on Friday ruled that the Trump administration can cancel $65 million in education grants that were part of the administration's crackdown on diversity, equity and inclusion efforts.

The 5-4 ruling lifts a temporary restraining order from a federal judge in Boston, and allows the administration to terminate the grants while litigation on the issue continues. The Trump administration has been trying to cancel millions of dollars in grants and contracts, but has been blocked by multiple federal courts.

Chief Justice John Roberts dissented in the case, along with the court's three liberal justices, according to Politico.

What was Roberts’ logic? That once a Dem puts a contract in place, a Republican can’t cancel it? Once a Dem puts a Welfare program in place, it becomes an “entitlement” that can’t be cancelled? That’s what got us to where we are.

“What was Roberts’ logic?”

**********

He doesn’t let logic inform his decisions. One of the worst chief justices ever.

Bozo black robe Roberts.....The GW Bush gift that keeps on giving. Roberts craves approval from the legal profession for being wise and just. This is 85% of what he cares about. My hope is that Roberts is saving his pro-Trump vote for a crucial SC decision. Where bozo is the deciding vote.

ACB another wild card. Kavanaugh a semi-wild card.

Notice Amy Coney Barrett voted with the majority, and did not allow Roberts to bully her into siding with him.

Unfortunately this might be ACB throwing us a bone. She has been getting a lot of blowback for repeatedly stabbing us in the back. She must be aware of some of it. There is a lot of reason to believe she is very sympathetic to the illegals. That is where she is likely to betray us big time.

I wonder how ACB justified reversing this restraining order after refusing to do so on the last one she ruled on?

ACB is, at heart, an academic. She has a bias for taking lots of time to study a case.

The current TRO offered irreversible harm to the administration, immediately. There was no way to allow for reflection. The decision had to be made now or it would happen simply by the effect of waiting.

The case was far-reaching. Almost all of the existing lawfare cases try the same trick; a ruling (by a corrupt judge) under one article of law when what they are doing is issuing an injunction -— which is invalid for those types of courts.

SCOTUS’ ruling lays out how each case MUST be performed and already stated that many (mebbe half) will lose automatically.

This kills at least half of the existing cases immediately.

Just glad we saved 65 million. Now put it on the debt. I don’t care if it only takes care of 2 seconds. I want to see the debt go down even a penny. It’s insane that all musks work and not a penny went to the federal debt. What are they spending it on? A trillion dollars is a lot of money Musk has collected.

Right now we need to get all the documentation on the “Rule of Law Projects” that Chief Justice Roberts worked on for a week while he stayed in Norm Eisen’s mansion in the Czech Republic for a week. Mike Benz suspects it was an operation to get hands on the judges in Europe which have now - according to plan - kicked out or imprisoned all the non-globalist candidates so that the Europeans have no choice but to be part of the globalist cabal.

If that is the case, Roberts has GOT TO GO. We can’t have a Chief Justice who is engaged in color revolutions all over the globe.

This is a can of worms that MUST be opened up and thoroughly dealt with, because this is not only war against the US Constitution that these jerkwads are doing, it’s also war against the WHOLE WORLD. If we as a nation allow this, we are basically declaring war against freedom all over the globe.
