Conservative Supreme Court Justice Amy Coney Barrett may be poised to break ranks again in a case involving funding for the Federal Communications Commission (FCC).
Barrett has drawn sharp criticism from President Donald Trump's supporters in recent months after she sided against the president and the administration in high-profile cases involving Trump's agenda and his sentencing in New York.
Chief Justice John Roberts has also been scrutinized over his rulings in significant cases, but Barrett in particular has sparked harsh blowback as staunch Trump supporters have said the president made a mistake by nominating her to the bench during his first term.

From Conservativebriefs:
“The nondelegation doctrine, which forbids Congress from transferring its primary legislative authority to federal agencies or other nonelected officials, is something that conservatives are eager to see revived, Newsweek noted.
Barrett, a Trump nominee, voiced serious concerns on March 27 about bringing back the doctrine, which hasn’t been applied since the 1930s and could significantly reduce the authority of government agencies.”
One of the worst picks ever.
She is a HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT! WEAK SISTERHOOD!
Why is she on the scotus?
There’s something bad wrong here.
Ya think!
She was pushed for years by the legacy GOP, even before Trump’s first term, as the Great Roe vs. Wade Killer. Maybe they should have paid a little more attention to what else she believed.
That’s a problem with younger 40ish appointments. Too often they ‘evolve’. Ginsberg was 63 when BJ nominated her. You’d like to appoint them and then forget abut it for the next 40 years. Not all of them can be Clarence Thomas. I’d gamble with Cameron(Ky.) for the next one. He ran for office as a politician. A sitting senator might be easier as the democrats would have to face him daily if they voted him down. Oren Hatch and Cornyn would have been good before they got stale in the senate after 2 terms. The state they come from would have to be solid red.
Catholic upbringing
The thing is, it shouldn’t BE what she believes...... so frustrating. If they can’t view things through the constitution, then they should never have been put on the court. Just sad.
If only women could vote, men AND women would be crushed underneath jackboots. And they would either cheer it on, or blame others for their folly.
The Souterization of Amy
I knew that when it was announced and she was introduced.
I had hoped that she would not be a intellectual weakling and coward. She is a worthless vessel when she dons her undeserved black robe.
For more than a half century, Democrats have never been disappointed with one of their SCOTUS picks. Can’t say the same about GOP SCOTUS picks. It’s really disappointing and frustrating how so many of them have moved left.
She’s a big Catholic Charities (importing illegals) fan.
And yet these idiots want to continue the 100s of years old “14th Amendment” tradition of automatically becoming a U.S. citizen as soon as you take a Red Chinese cruise to America and drop a kid or a “deuce” on American soil.
As if any of the democrap picks were bad enough, Amy Coney Biden and Roberts show that GOP leans the court left too, although just not as obvious as the intellectual lightweights in the image of “the wise latina” or the affirmative action appointment of Brown.
25% of all Republican judicial picks at all levels go bad. That’s been the case my entire life. I have yet to hear of Dem appointee evolving to actually love and follow the Constitution.
Women.
