The female officer stayed in her car while the man was brutally beaten.
It wasn't until other officers arrived that the female cop got out of her car and walked over.
"The members of the Miami Police Department understand and take great pride in upholding their responsibility to protect and serve our community. We must act for the betterment of our community," said Miami Police Chief Manuel Morales.

This is for show. The courts decided a long time ago that the police have no obligation to stop a crime from happening. Their job is to take notes afterward and file reports. Oh .. they do have to step in if a law-abiding citizen starts delivering righteous justice to the Bad Guys. THEN the police are quick to step in. Ordinary crimes? They’ll come around later.
Smart move by officer. Wait for backup, lots of backup.
It’s a mistake to suspend the officer for the reason given.
Getting out of the car and shooting them while they chimp out would have been a better move
And let her partner get beaten to death by a mob?
Pretty sure they are given shotguns for a reason.
Not sure what a little girl was going to do to remedy the situation other than exit her squad with guns a’blazing.
Of which I would heartily approve.
The Supreme Court has held that uniformed law enforcement does not have a duty to come to your aid.
It wasn't her partner. It was a mere citizen.
Had the officer intervened she would have been fired, prosecuted and incarcerated.
She made the best decision for her self and family.
Female police officers don’t make good patrol officers. They just don’t. That job - like that of a football linebacker - requires physical strength. And most women just don’t have that strength.
So they hesitate. They wait for backup. There are many, many videos on YouTube that show exactly that.
I guess I’m not blaming the females here. Their woke departments put them in that situation.

They also showed it takes 10 guards to beat a handcuffed man to death and order that no one assist the victim. Such courage! In my mind, those who did nothing are just as bad.

You are correct. And this is why police forces are short of officers all over the country.
just goes to show what the ferals think of po po... sitting right there and none of them stop their pack attack or even look that way... absolutely no concern to them what so ever...
