The order requires:
✅ Cutting federal funding to states who REFUSE to take steps to secure elections
✅ DHS resources be used to ensure illegals are NOT voting
✅ A citizenship question on the voting form for the first time
✅ DOJ to vigorously pursue election crimes, especially in states not compliant with federal law around election integrity

Congress has the power (Article I, section 4) to make rules for the election of Representatives and Senators, any state laws to the contrary not withstanding.
I doubt that Congress (or the President) can regulate how State Legislatures appoint their Electors for President and Vice President. The Founders were very careful to exclude the national government from involvement in that process (for obvious reasons).
In 2014, the Pennsylvania legislature (house and senate) passed a bill that required voter ID in future Pennsylvania elections.
A rat federal judge revoked it.
The PA legislature then tried to appeal to the US Supreme Court where John Roberts refused to take the case. Infuriating to say the least.
Going on FOX is not her job. Fire her for malfeasance.
TRO in 5,4,3,2,1.
This should be done by Congress. While it needs to be done, I don’t think this one will hold up as an EO.
The national government has no authority - zero - over how the State Legislatures exercise their sole power to appoint Electors for President and Vice President.
Congress can absolutely mandate citizenship checks, national voter ID, English fluency, and anything else you think is important for House and Senate elections - that’s a power granted in Article I, section 4.
“✅ Cutting federal funding to states who REFUSE to take steps to secure elections”
They can follow the constitution and the law or lose federal funding.
As Maine’s governor just found out.
YES
The only reason the Democrat Party did not evaporate decades ago is because of the 20% election fraud they had baked-in.
In 2024 we reduced that to 10% and won.
Reduce it to 0% and Democrats cease to exist.
Quite correct.
Can this be fixed by Nov. ‘26?
What about Nov. ‘25. Governor race in Va. NJ too but a bridge too far.
Different times now.
SCOTUS is 6-3.
Even with Roberts on their side, its still 5-4.
Losing funding is good, but it is not the answer. Prosecution and long prison sentences for election fraud is THE ANSWER.
Yes.
I agree... when asked, Why you disapprove of legitimate voting measures, any answer given would be grounds to throw him/her in prison... any answer!!!
SmokingDon today!
Why use Dick Van Dyke in your meme, he’s a super huge liberal turd?
and so far, that strategy has seen 0 applicants to date. In ANYTHING!!
“If a judge stops Trump, Bondi should arrest them for election fraud. Trump should fire Bondi if this does not happen.”
It is probably a little more complicated than what you have stated. While these Biden and Obama appointed judges have what they may believe to be free rein to issue judicial opinions based on personal bias alone, without recourse to any constitutional authority or case law whatsoever, there still has to be a couple steps in between. First, the judge has to show cause as to who made the complaint, and what authority they used in determining their ruling, then how it is to be enforced. The ruling has to be passed up through the appeals process, until it hits a level where it may be reversed, whether on merit or on procedure.
At this point, if the judge has failed to show judicial prudence, he or she may be subject to rebuke and possibly sanctions, up to and including disbarment. But that is determined by the bar association holding jurisdiction, and sterner measures may have to be applied, impeachment, or if the malfeasance is severe enough, criminal charges and appropriate sentencing.
Maybe the subject of all this attention shall be fortunate enough to die before a final decision is pronounced.
Apparently, those are the magic words that protect you from a felony conviction.
I'm wondering who was cashing, depositing or stealing the money from those checks...
