On March 5 in a narrow 5-4 decision, the Supreme Court upheld a lower-court order compelling the Trump administration to disburse nearly $2 billion in foreign subsidies through the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) and the State Department. This ruling forces the executive branch to pay out taxpayer funds against its policy priorities. It is not just a setback for President Trump’s “America First” agenda, it’s a glaring example of judicial overreach that threatens the constitutional balance of power.
The Supreme Court’s majority has effectively handed a single district judge the unchecked authority to dictate executive action, a move that undermines the separation of powers doctrine at the heart of our government. President Trump should consider ignoring this order, as it represents an unconstitutional encroachment on his rightful authority.

yes, it is ridiculous and patently unconstitutional rulings like this one that have bred such widespread utter contempt for the judiciary and our legal system in general.
Contemptuous judgements breed contempt for the “judges.” And this is like a societal poison, it destroys the very foundational essense upon which our republic is based, and depends.
As President John Adams put it,
“Our constitution was made only for a moral and religious people. It is wholly inadequate to the government of any other.”
But one day, when the shoe is on the other foot, as it no doubt will be, the Dems can do the same thing with full justification.

Refile with SCOTUS under different/better grounds.
Their rulings nearly always provide clues for the next attempt.
We know 100% for sure the Democrats would vote to impeach Trump given another chance, IMO a sufficient number of Republicans would do the same given a cause they could hide behind.
If Trump ignores a clear Supreme Court decision, regardless of how anyone feels about it, that would be sufficient grounds for the Democrats to impeach Trump and probably enough Republicans.
In 2026, if the Democrats take the House they will move to impeach Trump for any reason, don’t give them something like ignoring the Supreme Court.

This bastard “judge’ is a Canadian Muzzie. Who in the hell is he to tell the American taxpayers that they have to pay into a huge slush fund for low I.Q. bottom feeders and political criminals all over the world. When someone has to have a “dual citizenship” of Canadian (Born) and American (Gov’t Job), I’d like to know what the hell they are hiding. This clown judge should have recused himself from this case. Joe Pedo put this piggy in the job 22 days after Trump was elected. He was given this job on Pearl Harbor day to stick it to the American people by the Biden Administration. The answer to that objection is that nullifying an unconstitutional Court Decision or federal act SUPPORTS the rule of law which is The U.S. Constitution, the Supreme Law of the Land (US Const., Art. VI, Cl. 2). The Left's argument, filled with lies and confusion as usual, says essentially that supporting the U.S. Constitution is not supporting the Rule of Law. That's basically saying supporting the law is breaking the law.
When will the Right and Patriots get this through their heads? The Right and Patriots who want MUCH LESS government are SUPPORTING the rule of law, the U.S. Constitution while America's enemies - the Left - scoff at the Rule of law and instead promote the Rule of Man and his whims and instabilities.
The Constitution RULES over all federal acts and decisions (Id.). A federal "law" that isn't constitutional is therefore an illegitimate law that is not constitutionally legal. An unconstitutional federal law is actually the Rule of Man and his whims and changeabilities ALWAYS towards MORE gov't and LESS freedom and LESS prosperity.
Just because Congress make a "law" doesn't mean of itself it reflects the Rule of Law.
This Constitution, and the Laws of the United States which shall be made in Pursuance thereof...shall be the supreme Law of the LandUs Const., Art. VI, Cl. 2.
Federal law MUST be PURSUANT to the Constitution.
