Donald Trump’s Speech To Congress Drew 36.6 Million Viewers, Up From The Audience For Joe Biden’s Initial Address

Donald Trump‘s speech to a joint session of Congress drew an estimated 36.6 million viewers, down from the president’s first term but beating Joe Biden’s initial address in 2021.

The audience was almost 10 million viewers compared to the 26.9 million who watched Biden’s first speech to a joint session of Congress. Trump’s first address in 2017 drew 47.7 million.

The latest figures are from Nielsen and measured 15 networks.

The speech’s peak audience was from 9:45 p.m. ET to 10 p.m. ET, with almost 38 million viewers, according to Nielsen

I know a lot of people who were live streaming from all different podcasts. There were so many you didn’t know which one to pick. I know of five which I visited their viewers were massive. Probably were not included in the viewership count! I bet you anything it was close to probably 50 million and we are not even talking about globally. Australia and UK were watching even if it was late at night they stayed up to see the speech. Believe me Canada was watching it too..it was viewed globally.
