Well I mean the Supreme Court did rule last summer that a President can’t be prosecuted for anything related to his official duties, which this obviously is...so why not just ignore the Judge? Not like they can charge him with contempt or anything...

Does this mean POTUS Trump can issue an EO and deny Fed Judges access to the Fed Court?

Violates the Appropriations Clause for starters so SCOTUS will more than likely let the appellate courts have the final say.

Congress can craft a bill allowing the Pres. to freeze spending for review which could pass Constitutional mustard. Also the DOGE/audits can continue while spending is unfrozen, small setback is all and ruling expected. Just track the spending and warn Depts. that misuse will get prosecuted.

The beginning of reigning in the radical judiciary overstepping its constitutional bounds is at hand. This is a clear violation of the separation of powers and won't survive even mild constitutional scrutiny.

Once it is defeated we must impeach and remove the offending judges immediately.

these traitors to the US Constitution
have only sworn Oaths to protect their wives and other countries FIRST.

Breaking! Judge John Bates wife gets funded by USAID! This is a serious conflict of interest since her funding relies on the Trump admin!

Last night Musk and Trump said that it’s not even looking for bad stuff; they are desperately trying to find anything that’s NOT bad. In that context it absolutely makes sense to turn off the money and then manually let through the ones that are decent.

These judges would force us to pump sewer water and pretend to filter out whatever is bad.

Maybe Trump could order that the local septic system supply these judges’ homes with drinking water for a while. If he can force literal crap onto us without allowing us to stop the spigot until the system is fixed and safe, then he can swallow some of his own medicine. They ALL can.

The only way this becomes a real Constitutional Crisis is if the Supreme Court rules that the Chief Executive is not in charge of the Executive Branch. And that isn’t going to happen. And if it does — Trump will laugh and ask them how they plan to enforce the decision. Andrew Jackson did.

Congress appropriates money for the fiscal year.

It does not micro-manage the timing of those expenditures or in most cases much detail on them so it is easy to re-purpose appropriated funds.

That’s OK all these BS injunctions need to get fast tracked to SCOTUS.

I also do not see how it is a violation of the Appropriations Clause if they withhold the funds due to staffing changes. The clause seems to deal with trying to spend money before it has been appropriated, no?

“Expected....”

**********

Predictable. The court wants to keep the money stream flowing to all their liberal organizations and friends.

Total corruption and complete disregard for the Constitution. If this stands at the USSC we will have an executive branch in name only. It will have been neutered.

Did they rule on the merits or just say the TRO will stand until the full injunction hearing occurs Friday?
