He wouldn’t send one American over there unless and until the Israelis had completely removed everyone. Then and only then would Trump send in our tech to remove unexploded ordnance to prepare for the rebuilding.
Part of the rebuilding could be a new US military base giving us a foothold in the middle east to respond to any future issues.

At a minimum, this will only work without the current Gazans. At best, all Palis would have to be kept out of Gaza. Where are they going to go/who would even take them?
yeah sorry but i’m more concerned about the Americans there who will be getting missiles rained down on them after moving to their new “paradise”
