Fans of the Toronto Raptors have become the latest group of Canadian fans to boo the U.S. national anthem during a professional sports game.
The Canadian fans booed during the Raptors 115 to 108 win against the L.A. Clippers on Sunday.
Raptors fans were not the first Canadian sports fans to boo the U.S. anthem in the wake of announcements of tariffs set by U.S. President Donald Trump.
Last week, Canadian fans at two NHL games booed during the U.S. national anthem, and now Canadian NBA fans are joining them.

I would be concerned if this happened in a city like Calgary but not Toronto.
I was floored when I heard just last week how much we actually subsidize Canada with foreign aid. It’s a couple hundred billion USD a year. Plus the other subsidies.
So what, Canadians are children and have booed the US teams a lot in the past when they don’t get their way. They have lived under the US nuclear umbrella for decades, putting little toward their own defense and spending a lot on woke, leftist ideas. They are not our friends.
They’re not even a real country anyway.
U.S. Taxpayers are tired of carrying Canada.
