From what I hear of Belt and Road (sounds like something out of the DEI handbook, by the way) most countries want out of that crap. But are the Chinese-controlled ports also part of Belt and Road?

Anyone know when the current contract ends?
I've yet to hear of a nation happy about taking part in China's Belt and Road initiative. Most nations end up deeply in debt to China.
