Sen. Fetterman rips anti-Israel ‘dopes’ who aren’t protesting ‘actual genocide’ in Sudan

Sen. John Fetterman (D-Pa.), one of the Jewish state’s most vocal supporters in Congress who has hung posters in his office of hostages held in the Gaza Strip since the Hamas-led terror attacks in Israel on Oct. 7, 2023, has been protested often by anti-Israel activists, who accuse him of supporting a “genocide” in Gaza.

The day after Washington determined that a genocide was committed in Sudan, he didn’t expect to see any protesters about that. “Zero dopes have shown up at my home or office, or blocked a road to chant and protest over an actual genocide in Sudan,” Fetterman wrote. “South Africa engaged the International Court of Justice over Gaza, but not for an actual genocide on their own continent? Why is that?”

Antony Blinken, the U.S. secretary of state, announced on Jan. 7 that the Rapid Support Forces, which he said in December were guilty of war crimes, had in their continued attacks on civilians “committed genocide in Sudan.”

He announced that Washington was sanctioning RSF leader Mohammad Hamdan Daglo Mousa (known as “Hemedti”), seven RSF-aligned companies and another person.

“The United States does not support either side of this war, and these actions against Hemedti and the RSF do not signify support or favor for the Sudanese Armed Forces,” Blinken stated. “Both belligerents bear responsibility for the violence and suffering in Sudan and lack the legitimacy to govern a future peaceful Sudan.”

Fetterman seems to have recovered well from his stroke.

Good for him.

I am wondering if he is reading the public well, and intends to lead the Dems back from their death cult antics? He has been making a lot of sense of late.

Excepting his wife, he may well have been a reasonable person all along.

Who knows?

At least he doesn’t necessarily follow Nazi Pelousy at all times.

Supposedly he is going down to Mar-A-Lago to meet with Trump in the next week or so. We shall see.

Why hasn’t this guy jumped ship and become a Republican? It would be particularly safe for him to do so given PA election results last November. Offer him a Chairmanship...let him know that PA will get lots of new $$$ and that he,and his recently elected GOP colleague, will be allowed to take credit for it.

It’s not about protesting genocide, it’s about hating Israel.
