In the wake of the murder of UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson, social media platforms are facing challenges in moderating the influx of content from leftists praising and glorifying his alleged assassin, Luigi Mangione.
Business Insider reports that as the case of Luigi Mangione, who is accused of killing UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson, continues to unfold, social media platforms are grappling with the challenge of moderating the surge of pro-Mangione content filling up their sites. Platforms like YouTube, Reddit, and Meta’s Threads have taken steps to remove posts that they deem as violating their content policies, which prohibit the glorification or justification of violent acts carried out by extremist, criminal, or terrorist organizations. Breitbart News has previously reported on groupies sending love letters to Mangione, along with a cottage industry in Mangione merchandise ranging from tee-shirts to home decor.

He’s a hairy little ape who peed his pants.
United screwed me out of $$$$ but you still shouldn’t go around ending people over whatever his real reason was.
I have United Healthcare as my part B and I can only speak for myself. I’ve had no problems with them managing my cancer treatment or anything else.
God Bless you
Healthcare and insurance is really messed up in this country.
Because of Obama.
Because of the Left.
Now the Left sees a Healthcare CEO gunned down and cheers it because no one like the healthcare industry. Gosh. I wonder why?
My favorite Mangione is Chuck. Luigi, unfortunately, is more like Upchuck. Genesis 9:6.
who else is on the left’s list for lynching?
Good luck with your treatments. May the Lord bless you.
That’s leftist speak for, “I want to put a bullet between your eyes.”
Conservatives?
I’ve recently read comments that explain this twisted phenomena.
There are many examples of America’s love of evil doers throughout the centuries. Bonnie and Clyde for instance were examples of murderers who were looked up to by many Americans.
This is called admiration for anti-heroes. You see it everywhere. Even here at FR.
I will have to read more into that. Thanks
From Bonnie and Clyde to Luigi Mangione

America has the most corrupt, greedy, self serving, medical services system in the world. The behind the curtain bunch are a disgusting lot.
Every single federal and state employee and politician needs to be placed onto Obamacare plans immediately. Embrace the suck, don't mandate it on others. After all it was your trophy legislation. Put that trophy all the way up your... . mantle over your fireplace.
I maintain this would never have started if he was ugly.
Anybody surprised? Dzhokhar Tsarnaev was on the cover of rolling stone and gets fan mail in jail. There is an element that adores violent murderers, especially of they are “handsome.”
If you don’t pay for that health insurance you will be imposed with a penalty for life once Medicare for seniors is at your doorstep.

I’ve not heard that. I went looking for a link proving that. AI says just the opposite.
“No, there is no longer a tax penalty for not having health insurance. The fee for not having health insurance, also known as the “Shared Responsibility Payment” or “mandate”, was repealed by the Tax Cut and Jobs Act (TCJA) in 2018.”
An act signed into law by - yep - President Trump.
“The fee for not having health insurance, also known as the “Shared Responsibility Payment” or “mandate”, was repealed”
It was reduced to $0, but not eliminated.
“Paying $1,800 per month for my health insurance”
Many people might wish to get a foreign residency visa and rent out their US house to say a public sector employee until age 65.
Our dual citizens won’t have to swallow $1,800/month.
I didn’t have health insurance for 30 years until I got on Medicare.
Medicare Parts B&D have 1% per month late sign-up penalties.
I’m on a $0 premium Part D plan.
