A few things to note
1. This is not her telling the press this is her lawyer saying she said it. No legal way to hold her accountable to this statement
2. The lawyer does not say she was under oath during testimony
3. The issue was Geatz being extorted, ergo one would expect the extortionist to say this very thing.
