Not good enough. The people who hired the guy at the CIA and the people that vetted him for the job need to be fired, all of them.

I worked for a large international corporation that would not hire employees from two categories: Chinese and Muslim. The company had learned from long experience that neither could be trusted for reasons that need no explanation.

“and the people that vetted him for the job need to be fired, all of them”

The Agency I worked at long ago did background investigations including for those who worked in our Agency. Whenever a problem arose, first question that came from the top was: who did the background investigation on that criminal and determine how this character flaw was missed. Whoa to the investigator who mailed it in.

So it wasn't the Pentagon senior staffer after all.

I wonder where Ariane Tabatabai goes to get her reputation back?
