Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.) said Supreme Court Justice Sonia Sotomayor stepping down is not the “sensible approach” as Democrats float the idea of packing the court before President-elect Trump takes office.

Sanders joined NBC’s “Meet the Press” host Kristen Welker on Sunday, where he was asked for his thoughts about the idea.

I can't believe it but I'm enjoying him sticking it to the Democrats.

“Is that something you would support, do you think she should step down?” Welker asked.

“No, I don’t,” Sanders replied.

Welker continued, asking if he had “heard any talk” about the idea.

“A little bit, yes,” Sanders said. “I don’t think it’s a sensible approach.”

Sanders’ socialists and communists have a history from the earliest days of eliminating party factions’ leaders in coups and assassinations.

Leon Trotsky died when a man from a rival faction cam up behind him in his study and cut his head open with an “ice axe” which used to be used to cut away parts of large ice blocks for ice boxes used before refrigeration took over.

It would backfire because they couldn’t nominate and get someone confirmed in the little time they have.

Approach?

They’re not approaching anything

They’ve never approached anything

DT applied the full force of the constitution, now their cheating system doesn’t work any longer

They have minions in the senseless liberal voters. They have even less power. They’re illogical

No one is approaching anything

They’re going to switch out a liberal USSC justice with another one?

That’s all they’ve got?

They run the senate. Mich Cornyn et al they even got to Hawley

That’s it.

There’s no approach there. DT is onto the senate.

They couldn’t get Garland to resign in time to nominate him, because he’s too busy destroying records (evidence).

Even floating it raising eyebrows in the Latino community.

Keep going you commie fks. Chinese finger trap.

Nobody wants your communism, it was rejected. Therefor, you have nothing to offer anyone. You lose!

By force? Good luck with that.

The Republicans should be running the ads of Demonrats wanting to expand and Pack the Court and PUBLICLY AGREE WITH THEM, just to make them go apoplectic.

I thought the protocol is that Supreme Court justices are not nominated in the last year of a lame duck presidency.

Trotsky was an even bigger butcher than Stalin. The fact that he was butchered himself was poetic justice.
