“Devils Night” in Detroit.
Greetings to all at the Canteen!
To all our military men and women, past and present,
THANK YOU
for your service!
Good evening, lightman...unfortunately, all too true in many places.
Do you ever get kids at your door? I think you said you had a LONG driveway.
Best Halloween costumes ever?
Good evening, Pro....those are REALLY good costumes.
Do you have enough of the candy you like for the “nobodies” that come to your door?
Howdy, Kathy.
Pretty day up there today with lotsa sunshine. Too bad it wasn’t enough to melt all the snow. I hear it’s “take yer chances” on the streets around the city.
You made it to Hump Day. I imagine there’s an early bedtime tonight, whether you want it or not. LOL
Howdy, PRO.
Those costumes are too cute! Love their sense of humor.
Never had even one trick-or-treater in three decades.
Happy Halloween, Kathy ❤️😊

Oops! How did Diana Krall get in here? ;-)
Alright! Wait! Stop! Now just what is going on here? How did Gunhild Carling get in here? :-)

Hi Everybody!
(((HUGS)))
Oh yeah. When we lived in Ohio, there was someone in our neighborhood from Detroit. She told me about that tradition. I had never heard of it before. If I end up with toilet paper in my trees tonight, I’ll get it, but I won’t be happy.
The sun was beautiful....the ducks are here in numbers. And yesterday I had a bunch of geese fly over in formation...they are a tad late to get going south, but they were in a perfect “V”.
Very cute!
One year my daughter was a Rubik’s cube. Easiest costume I ever made.
This year, Mr. FF and I were Han Solo and Princess Leia. My son’s family were all characters from Star Wars, including the dog as Chewbacca, so we joined with their sentiment, even though we are thousands of miles apart.
It was blindingly bright most of the day but clouds are lowly moving in again from the west. Still sunny at the airports for now.
With snow on the ground, your duck numbers must be increasing fast. They know where to get dinner. LOL
Those geese better get a move-on! I’m surprised there are any still up there.
Hi Kathy, I’ve lived at the same place for 10 years and have never seen a trick or treater come by, more candy for me, LOL!
