Every ballot, regardless of type, should have a unique serial number, like money, so it can be accounted for. If you get ballots without serial numbers that can be verified, then trash............................

But how would you disassociate the ballot from the person casting your ballot and their selections? It would no longer be an anonymous vote. The last thing we need is a gangster government knowing how we voted!
That’s funny. The government knows how you vote, and think, and communicate with others.
Serial numbers could be invisible and could only be read by a magnetic reader like a check. The numbers on the bottom of your personal checks are printed with magnetic ink.
Serial numbers would be listed as meta data, i.e. a range of numbers, provided by the manufacturer/printer, so that only numbers between x and y are valid ballots. Ballots that suddenly show up without a serial number between x and y are rejected...............

Adequate audit controls for batching the incoming mail, tagging the outer envelope for return verification and batching the contents would allow for secret and control. There are no audit controls in place for any election process as far a i know. These controls would end most corruption. however, the people doing the election processes would have to have basic skills. They have demonstrated that the only real skill they have is deception.

PA, the state that did absolutely NOTHING in the wake of the 2020 malfeasance because the state GOP here is as corrupt as anyone in washington.
Why any state would not ban paying folks by commission to register voters is beyond insane.
Pennsylvania really needs to recuse itself from participating in the election. Voting can be tough.
Many truckers are Trump guys. You’d hope such suspicious cargo will be “delayed” by allies.
