A federal judge has ordered the Department of Defense to turn over records related to former President Donald Trump's controversial visit to Arlington National Cemetery – meaning the public could soon see the incident report concerning an alleged altercation between Trump campaign officials and a cemetery employee.
American Oversight, a watchdog group filed a Freedom of Information lawsuit against DOD to obtain the incident report of the alleged Aug. 26 incident involving a member of Trump's campaign and the cemetery staff member.
ABC News has previously reported that there was a physical and verbal altercation between a Trump campaign official and a staff member attempting to enforce federal law prohibiting campaigning at the cemetery.
Trump's aides filmed a campaign video in a section of the cemetery where recently fallen service members are buried.
In September, ABC News reported law enforcement officials at a Virginia military base were still investigating the incident even after the Army said it considered the matter closed, according to multiple sources familiar with the matter.

Run of the mill, lazy, brainless liberals who don’t have the time or inclination to get involved in nearly anything, well, I don’t hate them, I just have contempt for them.
The Leftists involved at all levels who are actively involved with things like this, I view as Domestic Enemies of this Republic, and should be treated as such. Not because I disagree with them, but because they all seek to undermine, corrode, and destroy the Constitution. That is undeniable.
And I took an oath, not repudiated, to defend that Constitution.

Agree...Remember Secret Service had to be notified before hand...Tells me there was not a problem...and the media is once again the culprit.
First time I’ve heardof an altercation there.
ABC is an arm of the DNC. The other morning Trump went to visit North Carolina and gave a news conference. ABC News led their top of the hour radio news with Trump went to North Carolina and repeated debunked claims about FEMA ‘s response. Every hour they led off with that but changed the term of debunked to some other negative term.
It was all over the news for a few days. The biggie is that the families of the fallen soldiers asked Trump if he would meet with them at the Cemetery.
I know about all that, just not the altercation!
After the ceremony the Gold Star families invited Trump to visit the graves.
He had brought a video crew to film the ceremony ( by prior arrangement with the families)
When a US Army civilian Karen tried to stop Trump and his entourage from accompanying the families ( again as they had requested)….it seems she got the brush aside, by who we don’t know ( Secret Service? Trump aide?) …and she reported it like she was assaulted. To the police.
No wonder the Army is too embarrassed to release the report,
