WASHINGTON — Ron Wyden, Oregon's senior U.S. senator, introduced legislation Thursday that would overhaul the U.S. Supreme Court and "restore public trust" in the institution, his office said in a statement. The "Judicial Modernization and Transparency Act" would make a number of significant changes to the highest court and the federal circuit courts beneath it, including an overall expansion of the court itself.
"The Supreme Court is in crisis and bold solutions are necessary to restore the public trust," Wyden said.

“In Crisis” = handed down a bunch of opinions we don’t like.
This is just more peeing down the public’s leg and telling them it’s raining.
Ron the Commie weighs in.

This is why they want the filibuster gone, not abortion.............
Sounds like someone absolutely certain Trump won’t win in November.
Guess he didn’t read the separation of power clause?
We need to wake up to the fact the democrats are fascists.
Wyden, senator from my home state (does he even live in Oregon?) is a POS.
Wicked, evil, lying sonofabitch.
not gonna happen any time in the next 16 years (I hope)
Senator Jeff Merkley, although our politics differ, seems to be a decent man, as it were….
Ron ol’ buddy. Congress has very little say in the matter.
“Sweeping reforms,” AKA “fundamental transformation.”
The only crisis is three identity-selected justices….
The congressional approval rating stands at 12%.
“Guess he didn’t read the separation of power clause?”
Hopefully someone sends the conservatives in the Supreme Court a copy of the Constitution.
Ignore this bullshit distraction. The Democrats are trying to cause chaos.
Focus on ending Kamala Harris’ plan for you.
not gonna happen any time in the next 16 years (I hope)
It won't. Even FDR never managed to pack the Court, and he was a lot more popular than Sleepy Joe and Kamala.
Is that similar to nuisance lawsuits?
