Cuomo wasn’t sworn in under oath for his closed-door testimony this year, but was told that he could face criminal prosecution if he knowingly made false statements, according to a transcript. Why wouldn't they swear him in? Nothing like giving people wiggle room, here.

It goes a lot deeper than that. He was one of the first ones hollering for ventilators (30,000 alone for NYC). And MORE hospital beds, etc.
Trump sent in the Hospital ship and set up a multimillion dollar hospital tent in NYC....they went virtually unused. Those ventilators? Trump help rush contracts through to build more and they ended up basically as unused scrap for sale, IIRC.
