TALENT, Ore. — When Diane Ware’s home state of Oregon proposed a natural gas pipeline that threatened local waterways, she sprang into action — leading workshops on lobbying state lawmakers, mentoring student activists and organizing lectures at her church.
But when plans for the pipeline were canceled, Ware, 78, found little pleasure in the victory. The retired elementary school teacher couldn’t shake the feeling that it may be too late to save a planet in deep peril — a prospect tinged with grief, anger and depression. Ware realized she had a case of "climate grief” — and needed help.

Heavens to Betsy, a natural gas pipeline. How about they go back to burning wood or turds?
A 78 yo mentally ill school teacher in a lib state thinking a bunch of the libtards can save the planet. I’d say this thread needs a barf alert.
I know a guy who bragged he got all his information from NPR.
There are places in the SW US where you can drive and NOTHING is on the radio - except that damned NPR
Climate grief! Good Grief! The world has gone completely over the edge!
She needs to be put in a strait jacket!
You are not God. You have no control over the climate. There are many things in this world you can do to make it a better place but this is not one of them. You spent a bunch of time and energy to do nothing about something that is beyond human power to accomplish.
This is why you are feeling sad. Because somewhere inside you there is a part of your brain that is still active and knows that all you did was make life harder for people to get that dopamine hit. In other words you are monster.
You should feel bad.
Now....
:Hard Slap:
Woman up you sissy! And try to fix what you broke.
OMG a chaplain for... of all things “climate grief”!?!?
Just friggin’ DUMB!
It needs to be “noticed”?. Eff that, fire the cuck if it’s possible. Please Don.

_______________
What is really scarry is that this hysteria seems contageous! There are fortunately, areas of the country that mock this insanity.
Is there some way to encourage folks to go back to putting a “Barf Alert!” in the title to articles from NPR? I know we don’t seem to do that so much anymore, but it’s a big help when scanning a page.
There’s no fool like an old fool
This is proof that people are fallen. We can’t accept the best times that humanity has ever lived in. We have to manufacture grief and problems, and blow it all up.
This is why your own music exists on whatever format so one doesn’t have to partake.
Climate grief for the rest of us, is realizing your car windshield wipers are bad during a severe rainstorm. I once had a friend who encountered this, and stuck his head out the driver’s window to see where he was going. That was one heck of a ride I had with him. He laughed about it afterwards, as he was trying to dry off.
