Nolte: Kamala’s Lead in Minnesota Cut in Half After Walz VP Pick
Breitbart ^ | 08/31/2024 | John Nolte

Since choosing Minnesota Gov. Tim “Stolen Valor” Walz as her running mate, incumbent Vice President Kamala Harris has seen her lead in Minnesota cut in half.

Back in July, just after Kamala’s coup successfully drove His Fraudulency Joe Biden out of the presidential race, Kamala enjoyed a ten-point lead over former President Trump. A KTSP/SurveyUSA poll had Kamala sitting comfortably at 50 percent support to Trump’s 40 percent.

Much has happened since that poll was taken between July 23-25. Namely, she chose Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz as her running mate. She also enjoyed a four-day campaign commercial known as a convention and saw it backed by billions and billions of dollars in free corporate media propaganda.

I think Ronald Reagan took it both times.

MN was Mondale’s only state in 1984, IIRC.

So cut in half from K 50 to Trump 40, would mean K 45 to Trump just 40 and 5% more (total 15%) now undecided?

Trump won’t win the state but if she’s only ahead by ten in a state like that, there is no shot of winning nationally.

Mondale onlyh won his home state by 2500 in 1984. Cater won comfortably in 1980

“Popular content creator and former outspoken critic of Donald Trump, Vitaly Zdorovetskiy, has officially endorsed the former president in his bid for the White House in 2024. Known for his viral pranks and comedic videos, Vitaly has amassed millions of followers across social media platforms.

In a post on X (formerly Twitter), Vitaly reflected on his past opposition to Trump, stating, “Back in 2016, I used to be a Never Trumper. Honestly, I didn’t know why. I even streaked the NBA finals with ‘Trump sucks’ written across my chest.”

In 2016, Vitaly made headlines when he interrupted the final minute of Game 4 of the NBA Finals by running shirtless onto the court, with “Trump Sucks” written across his chest and “LeBron for President” scrawled on his back.

Security immediately tackled him to the ground, resulting in an arrest.”

Not a good sign for Harris that her numbers are slipping in a reliably blue state in Minnesota, and its governor is her running mate. If we’re noticing the trends not favoring Harris no doubt the DNC is seeing it too.

Seems like Gen Z influencers understand and appreciate Trump’s sense of humor - unlike the childless cat lady Democrat base.

No poll is credible, until the expected fraudulent votes are also considered. Heck, not even the vote count on election day is credible, until the fraudulent votes are counted during the next week or month (as the need arises).

Correct, but a shift of merely 3000 votes in 1984 would have won it for him. I had the pleasure of taking a university statistics class from a professor who worked for his pollster, Richard Wirthlin.

They actually told Reagan that a couple of visits to Minnesota would put him on track for the first 50 state sweep in history. Reagan liked the idea, but felt it was more important to use his time to support the candidates down ballot.

On election eve, he finally relented to a "refueling stop" in Rochester, Minnesota when Airforce One was taking him home to California and a short election day vacation. An impromptu crowd went wild when he gave a short speech on the tarmac just in time to make the 10 pm news.

Close, but not quite enough for the finish line! Interestingly, Rochester and Mankato (Walz's hometown) are the only cities over 25,000 in his old congressional district.

I think it was also strategically wise for Trump to go on some of the podcasts of these young Gen Z influencers. The days of spending your entire advertising budget on TV ads is a thing of the past. Podcasts reach far more people, and in a far more personal manner than a TV commercial. Trump gets it.
