Independent presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr., who endorsed President Donald Trump on Friday, has penned a note on social media to explain what “MAGA” means to him.
“MAGA” — the acronym for Trump’s iconic slogan, “Make America Great Again” — has been demonized by Democrats. President Joe Biden and his administration constantly attacked what they called the “ultra-MAGA” Republicans or the “extreme MAGA agenda.”

You have to love America to really understand MAGA. I think Bobby gets it, He may be the only living Kennedy that does.
“A conservative is a liberal who was mugged”
Have to admit, this is the first “fun” in the campaign. Dems are eating their livers.
Thanks Bobby. He gets it better than some here do.
MAGA, Make America Great Again, should be something that all Americans should be striving for, but, since Trump made it his campaign slogan, it’s dangerous for d3emocrats to embrace MAGA.
If Trump made “GIMG” (God Is My Guide) his slogan, democrats would try demonize it, and would try to ban the slogan and God from the political landscape.
MAGA is individual freedom protected by the Constitution from gov’t tyranny. (Gov’t tyranny is unconstitutional acts, laws, and agencies.)
MAGA is RESTORATION of our Fee Constitutional Republic by DISMANTLING the unconstitutional acts, laws, and agencies of the federal gov’t.
Amen.
Go get ‘em Vivek.
AMAGicA!
I will say, I was really interested in RFKJr when he threw his hat in the ring. While I’m a staunch Trumper, I really liked RFKJr and used him to ‘virtue signal’ on social media (because, lets face it — in my line of work, if I came out as a Trumper, I’d lose jobs and possible friends.)
When he and Trump joined forces, I was quite happy.
Yes, this is very, very true.
A person has to love America and believe in what it was founded upon more than allegiance to a political party and its morphing ideology.
Kennedy wrote:
The phrase has troubled liberals who think it is a call for a return to an America before civil rights, gay rights, and women’s rights. But I have a more generous interpretation, one that is truer to my experience of Donald Trump as he is today. “Make America Great Again” recalls a nation brimming with vitality, with a can-do spirit, with hope and a belief in itself. It was an America that was beginning to confront its darker shadows, could acknowledge the injustice in its past and present, yet at the same time could celebrate its successes. It was a nation of broad prosperity, the world’s most vibrant middle class, and a[n] idealistic belief (though not consistently applied) in freedom, justice, and democracy. It was a nation that led the world in innovation, productivity, and technology. And it was the healthiest country in the world. I have talked to many Trump supporters. I have talked with his inner circle. I have talked to the man himself. This is the America they want to restore.
But he has done a good job of defining it, Not in specific terms but in terms of a philosophy.
Conservatism is a philosophy............................

Read the ten principles slowly and let your lips move. Reading it slowly, out loud, makes you think a little. There was a reason you good grade school teach made you read out loud.
Excellent point, and something many, many people do not/cannot understand.
Yes me too. I even sent a message of thanks and encouragement.
America’s greatness is our only hope against tyranny, especially in today’s world, and I am glad to have anyone on board, especially disaffected Democrats who left their idiocy like I did
“Thanks Bobby. He gets it better than some here do.”

Kind of sad that RFK’s endorsements of Trump are far more powerful and logical than anything we hear from the tepid Republicans. A liberal is supporting key principles that few in the GOP forcefully and sincerely address.
If Trump made “GIMG” (God Is My Guide) his slogan,…”
That wold be a disaster.
The Bible is more a prescription for authoritarian collectivism than it is for free market capitalism - more a prescription for appeasement than for a strong self-defense.
If you take the Bible literally, you would give up all your possessions, turn the other cheek and render unto Caesar.
Let’s leave religion out of politics.
So true, most republicans don’t have the courage to make bold statements of fact like that.
As I watched that rally the other night in Arizona and looked at that huge crowd as Kennedy came out on stage, I was so impressed and had to take my hat off to a guy like Trump first because it is his work and charisma that was able to fill that stadium. His force of will in a very positive way. I saw Kennedy and I could see he was also awed by that crowd and he took a real look at the guy who was able to accomplish this. He was cheered by people he has been told would hate him.
I believe Kennedy knew this was his best chance to accomplish his work for health and food safety in America. It was never going to happen with the party of chemically made meat grown using cancer cells, edible insect concoctions, and mRNA untested fake vaxes pushed by the Democrat Party.
I don’t think Kennedy is interested in CIA or AG.
Listen to RFK jr ‘s speech as he sums it up well.
The Old Democrat Party is being replaced by the insane communist freak show that is the the emerging modern Democrat coalition that seeks to seize permanent political control of the country just like they have seized permanent political control of states California, Oregon, Washington, New York, Colorado and others.
The Democrats progressive elites are abandoning their traditional working class and blue collar voter base members and are throwing them under the bus in favor of trannies, illegal aliens, drug cartels, left wing globalist billionaires and Chinese CCP influences.
RFK is the first major Democrat to defect to the New Coalition, but he may not be the last.
There is currently a civil war going on inside the Democrat Party as the new generation of Radical Progressives are ruthlessly seizing control of the Democrat Party away from the old guard of aging liberals and traditional Democrats such as the Jewish wing of the Democrat Party.
Make America Great Again implies that America is not so great today. When Trump introduced the term, Obama had been President for eight years. Trump implied (and probably stated) that after eight years of Obama, America was not great.
“MAGA” criticized Obama and the Democrats. Naturally they did not (and do not) like to be criticized. Well, that’s politics for you. Democrats criticize and accuse all the time.
The reply I expected from Democrats was that after Obama, America was greater than ever. Instead, I heard Presidential aspirant Governor Cuomo reply that America was never that great to begin with. I was floored. Prior to Obama, no centrist Democrat would have said such a thing.
After four years of Biden (Obama’s third term?) Make America Great Again is again a valid rallying cry. It should be noted that after four years of Trump, America was great!
“There was a reason you good grade school teach made you read out loud.“
Yeah - to make sure you were actually reading it! :-)
