Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia have issued a chilling warning: they're prepared to send troops into Ukraine without NATO approval. This is why the expansion of NATO eastward to the border of Russia has always been a bad idea, the idea that 3 small Baltic nations could send troops into battle against Russia and potentially draw the US military into the war is a terrible idea.

What information would have led Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia to fear Russia?
This is why NATO is a bad idea. And the fact that NATO keeps moving the goalpost as to what the real purpose is that they exist.

Not good. Still the Baltics have no love to lose against the Russians. No reason why they couldn’t ‘volunteer’ and take up Ukraine citizenship for the time being. Probably few real volunteers as they treasure their lives.

Germany is not spending any more on this. Is Russia going to invade the rest of Europe or not after Ukraine? Do the Germans know something and is letting Europe go “every man for himself”?

The Ukies are bound to lose, imho. They should have, and still should, sue for what peace they can get. Otherwise, they’re about to lose their whole country to the evil Putin.
