Former President Donald Trump leads Vice President Kamala Harris in Michigan by two points, an AARP poll found on Thursday.

The poll spotlights Trump’s sustained lead in one of the most valuable 2024 swing states. . Seven states — Michigan, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, Arizona, Georgia, Nevada, and North Carolina — will decide the presidential election, political experts predict. If Trump wins one or more of Pennsylvania, Michigan, and Wisconsin, Harris’s chances of obtaining 270 electoral votes become narrower.

Trump leads by two points:

Trump: 45 percent Harris: 43 percent Robert F. Kennedy Jr.: 6 percent Global warming activist Jill Stein: 1 percent Radical left Dr. Cornel West: 1 percent

Has the Banana Boat Monthly released any poll recently? How ‘bout the Illegal Alien Refugee Quarterly?

Some recent polls showed Kamala in the lead. Including in key swing states.

I always wonder if these polls are actually done using proper statistical methods, vs. If they are doctored polls, to push the alleged popularity of a candidate.

Deceptive “push” polling is a real thing.

AARP is hyper liberal so the poll has to be viewed in that context (i.e., Trump likely to be doing even better than reported).

This is a very simple to win election for PDJT.
Keeping it simple and effective is far superior to rambling hour long speeches in politics.

Make just one commercial and repeat it every day.
It would have a split screen. On left side show Kamala’s policy statements from 2019. On right side of split screen show her current policy statements.

On bottom of screen in big letters display this question....
WAS KALALA LYING THEN OR IS SHE LYING NOW?

Fox news polling is more in line with liberal polling so if if fox pops up with trump plus 1 then the other polls are likely to start showing harris winning by ever smaller margins.

I saw a graphic of nationwide people registering to vote. all this year trump was net positive. then in the week of the hot swap for harris—democrat registering spiked. But in every subsequent week the net democrat lead in registering declined.

If that holds, then in the next couple weeks net republican voting registrations will resume outpacing net democrat registrations.

If Trump can somehow get the endorsement of RFK Jr he would easily win Michigan

Trumps singular message should be:

Harris and the Democrats want to tear up the constitution, eliminate the electoral college, and turn the Supreme Court into their version of a kangaroo court.

He needs to should that out in every campaign message he delivers until the voting public totally wakes ups.

They want to end the Republic.

Ten to one the AARP poll is of their members, who are liberals. Indeed, the reason I quit the AARP years ago was because their stance on almost everything is so far left, it’s starting to encircle itself.

This must have hurt AARP.

But how successful will their Kamalamania propaganda be convincing retirees on fixed incomes that the price tags they are seeing are illusions and all Trump’s fault.

I like your thinking!

He has good intentions but I think it’s hard for him to change his way of communicating. He’s not a chameleon for sure.

Yes, we don’t want him to change. But whoever is running his campaign should know what is most effective method of winning independents and undecided voters.

He might take a little time to explain how Biden and Harris have both violated the Oath of Office. The public may find that to be educational.
