We must act now and do everything in our power to defeat Amendment 4, the Florida Constitutional amendment that will allow abortion up to birth.
We, at Do No Harm Florida, are traveling across the state educating Floridians about this deceptive and dangerous amendment. We are having weekly zoom meetings where we strategize with our coalition of 20 organizations and foot soldiers in this battle. We only have 91 days until Election Day, the deadline to register to Vote is October 7th, and absentee ballots will be mailed out September 26th. We, at Do No Harm Florida, are speaking out everywhere humanly possible. We are informing voters of the devastation to Florida’s women, children, and families.
Amendment 4 is meant to deceive.
It would guarantee unlimited abortions through birth, remove parental consent, and subject our minor girls to sexual abuse . Every protective law will be nullified as healthcare and safety standards will be eliminated. Women will be harmed, and pregnancy centers will be targeted. The next step may be to force taxpayers to pay for abortions.
One only needs to look to the states that have already passed these radical amendments. As a result of Prop 3 in Michigan, the pro-abortion organizations are suing and accusing the state of not fully implementing Prop 3. They are suing to force taxpayers to fund abortions. This is exactly what will occur in Florida if Amendment 4 passes. In Kansas, all their protective laws were struck down: no more licensed clinics, no limits on painful late term abortion, no physician requirement, no informed consent, and no waiting period.
This will be Florida if Amendment 4 passes! Everything we have been predicting is actually happening in those states!
This is beyond horrific. They do not care about women nor children, they only care about the profitable abortion business. Why else would they want to exclude parental consent, safety standards to protect women, and a women’s right to understand the process of abortion?
We can’t win this fight without your help. The pro-abortion left is raking in cash beyond our wildest imagination.
We need your help NOW!
In addition to joining us in this battle to stop Amendment 4, please consider making a donation to help us build our war chest at www.donoharmfl.org. Please make your gift as generous as possible. and please pray that God will bless our work and multiply our efforts as we fight to protect the lives of our women and children in Florida .
Thank you.

Here’s hoping amendment four is defeated big time.
The optimum result of the "womens right to vote". Just sick...
“The optimum result of the “womens right to vote”. Just sick... “
Think before you say that! It was 12 MEN who voted to make Roe Vs Wade legal.
It was MEN who started NARAL, not women.
It’s men who benefit from abortion, not women.
The first feminist were PRO LIFE
Trust me I know these facts.
It is maddening that the amendment vote is used to shove through this kind of subterfuge. Can’t get a law passed through congress so you put it through as an amendment, dress up the description to fool many and walla it becomes law and over rides existing law that was hard fought and debated.
Why placing proposed constitutional amendments on the ballot in Florida is legal and permitted I will never understand. They are always “end-runs” around established representative government to get something the sponsors KNOW would never get past the state legislature. Allowing the unwashed masses to decide by simple majority vote what becomes law is positively heretical. It must be stopped. What it amounts to is the establishment of a kakistocracy, which is rule of the people by the least qualified among us.
Democrats: appalled when a child is murdered in a classroom; celebrate when a child is murdered in the womb.
I still say using Clinton’s old slogan , “Safe, Legal and Rare “ would be useful to diffuse this issue. I respect those with a zero stance. But God did give us Free Will. We must use other methods to bring down abortions
Excellent. Thank you.
The threshold is 60%, not a simple majority.
But to your point, direct democracy stinks.
In addition, despite the awful experiences of CA and CO, FL voters will also likely pass legalization of marijuana.
Will Marijuana be on the ballot?
“Marijuana-anything” brings young tokers to the polls.
They did pass a six week ban and life has continued. But the liberals decided that it was not fair and decided on a constitutional amendment by voters. Thank goodness it needs 60 percent. That’s a tall order.
Four years ago we had 17 amendments on the ballot. It’s insane!
And 7 justices voted for Roe V Wade (Pssst,,,there aren't 12 justices)
The NARAL was/is female dominated.
I have and will continue to have a lot of respect for you, since you are one of the dwindling number willing to call out abortion for what it is, an evil which incompatible with America and it's founding.
And while what you said about Abortion was true a long time ago, it is women today who are overwhelming pushing to expand access to abortion without any restrictions whatsoever.
The majority of women have embraceed evil.

The initiative and referendum process is in the constitutions of many states, which I agree looks like a denial of the guaranteed republican form of government. Nevertheless, it has often been used by conservatives to stop or overturn state laws and constitutional requirements in many states.
