As many, many people have observed, no new primaries were held so how can she legally be the nominee? The democrats are breaking every rule imaginable to try and keep Trump from office.
RATS change the rules to suit their needs all the time. Who needs primaries and voters when you can change the rules mid-stream to manufacture the end result that you want.
