The New York Supreme Court rejected a lawsuit filed by Mayor Eric Adams attempting to block Texas Governor Greg Abbott’s migrant busing program. The ruling allows the State of Texas to continue busing migrants to New York City.

In a post on social media, Governor Abbott vowed to continue busing migrants from the Texas border region to New York City and other sanctuary cities. The ruling by the New York Supreme Court is the second legal victory for Abbott in as many days.

Another WIN!

The New York Supreme Court REJECTED Mayor Adams’ attempt to block Texas from busing migrants to his sanctuary city.

Until the Biden-Harris Administration secures the border, Texas will continue to send migrants to sanctuary cities. https://t.co/8kfMeaJXWe

Mighty big of the NYSC, since they really have no way to stop TX from sending them.

Gov. Abbott should do this in the most ostentatious way possible: give a big send-off with media present and send caravans of Greyhound busses with signs pn them that say, “Big Apple or Bust!”.

Mayor Adams and NYC are just exhausting their state legal remedies before AG Letitia James sues Gov. Abbot in Federal Court.

There is a long term national problem with busing thousands of illegal aliens to blue states. The number of congress critters a state gets is currently determined by population, not the number of citizens, thereby causing the House to become more commie.
