Wednesday on FNC’s “Hannity,” Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC) called on the Israeli government to follow up on its air strike that took out Hamas political leader Ismail Haniyeh in Tehran earlier this week.
The South Carolina Republican urged Israel to “knock out” Iran’s oil refineries.
“Well, the bottom line is they are a radical Islamic terrorist designed to bend on the destruction of the state of Israel for religious reasons,” he said. “They want you to bend a need to Islam. They want to kill all the Jews and change our way of life. So I introduced legislation today to change the policy of the United States, and here’s the policy I’m trying to implement — no longer should we consider Hezbollah and Hamas different from Iran. I said today, an attack by Hezbollah against the state of Israel should be considered an attack by Iran against the state of Israel. This is a charade that needs to stop.”

I guess you’ve paid attention to what is happening to Lindsay’s Ukrainian friends following his war advice.
That depends on who wins the war. The inhabitants of the part of former Ottoman Syria called Palestine by some continue to dispute their displacement, they are not conquered, and claiming land by conquest is not accomplished by pronouncements, by "UN resolutions" or by an imaginary "international community", but by defeat of your enemies.
There's nothing wrong with conquest. The United States, my country, was established by violent revolution and then by conquest. We hold the Great Plains, the Mexican cession, and the Pacific Northwest by right of conquest. We even have "conquer we must" in our national anthem.
And if the State of Israel comes to live in peace by conquering its enemies and obtaining their acquiesence to their displacement, I'm fine with that - 100%.
I have no intention of advocacy for the Palestinians - I simply point out, again, that they are undefeated, they are unwilling to live at peace with the establishment of a religious state/national home for another nation on what they claim to be their territory, and the war will go on until one or the other side is defeated.
Israel has shown, again and again, tactical superiority. But they are in a bad strategic situation, which seems to me to be getting worse, and their enemies may yet prevail in a long war.
Sure, Graham, let’s start a hot war with Iran! 😤
