Robert D. Philpot spoke to NBC News' Tom Llamas about what he saw at former President Trump's rally before the assassination attempt and what he believed was a "noticeable" difference in security compared to a previous rally he attended with his daughter.

Thank you very much and God bless you.
Reid Hoffman sounds like he is a few bricks short of a load.
Or at least within a couple seconds of him hitting the ground. That's the strangest part of this. For them to have reacted so quickly, they must have had eyes on the shooter before he fired at Trump. This gets more and more suspicious.
Even if Trump becomes president can he really trust his own security ? He will have to walk the very fine line between showing support and also not fully trusting them.

Sort of like the Indira Ghandi situation.
When you have an active shooter the priority is immediate incapacitation not taking prisoners
From a practical perspective, shooting a forward facing assassin in the prone position at 150 yds leaves few options other than a head shot
This was “pretend” security.

This was DEI security.
I did hear him say it but I have no idea where I heard it.
4 years DJT was the sitting president.
These people are not smart. And maybe, just to cover their own azzes, they wanted the actual POTUS (or so it’s claimed) to authorize these Black Ops.
But remember, these people also put “END OF COMMENTS” and such at the end of their instructions to Biden, knowing darn well he’s going to say the quiet part out loud. At this point they probably figure Joe doesn’t have a clue what he’s saying anyway so he could say anything and it wouldn’t make any difference.
Sad, sad state of affairs.
Is Trump meeting Biden for a round .
Trump has a great excuse to allow someone else to carry his golf bags and it would be a shame to let it go to waste
Bullshit
I agree, and we probably will never know the truth. Just like JFK.
Get this!

BREAKING: A local police officer found the Trump gunman but retreated down the ladder after the suspect pointed the rifle at him.
According to the Associated Press, the suspect was discovered by an officer who retreated, allowing the suspect to fire at Trump.
“Rallygoers noticed a man climbing to the roof of a nearby building and warned local police, according to two law enforcement officials,” the AP reported.
“One local police officer climbed to the roof and encountered Crooks, who pointed his rifle at the officer. The officer retreated down the ladder, and Crooks quickly took a shot toward Trump.”
Well, I guess there is that.
They did exactly the job they were told to do, I’m betting.
Didn’t include keeping Trump or his audience safe, but it did include killing the shooter AFTER he shot up the place.
Why did the police sniper wait so long before he fired he knew where the sniper was and his movements?.
She was on Biden’s security detail when he was Vice-Pres.
I’m wondering if she was one of the women who was forced to watch him swim naked. Maybe she even liked it...
The red-haired guy talking to the BBC reporter is named Greg Smith.
Oh, yes. There is video of the two snipers on the roof behind Trump with their sights on the shooter for 30 seconds before the first shots.
One X post claimed 3 sources were saying the snipers were told they couldn’t fire on the shooter.
This building had an outside ladder that was shown in a picture yesterday. Now I don’t know that he used that ladder as a witness said they saw him shimmering up the building, maybe on a downspout. Anyway, it’s very normal for businesses to have outside ladders on their buildings, you see them all the time on the back of McDonald’s and BK and other restaurants, they are usually locked and can’t be climbed by the public.
Maybe she even liked it...
Speaking as a woman, no woman would like that. Trust me.
I heard it was cheetos.
