Joe Biden's team believes Barack Obama is secretly orchestrating efforts to push him out of the 2024 election, according to one of the president's confidants.

While Obama has offered public support for his former vice president, alumni of his administration have been among the loudest voices warning of an election wipeout and his friend George Clooney went public with criticism on Wednesday.

Biden ally Joe Scarborough let rip on his 'Morning Joe' TV show a day later, exposing the burning tensions running through the Democratic Party.

Is Obama trying to highlight Biden’s jealousy of the uber-competence of the Obama family and that Joe fears Michelle will push him aside and step in as the new candidate?

If this is all true, which I wouldn’t doubt, wouldn’t it be classified as a coup attempt? When an ex president is involving himself in getting one candidate out in order to install another more in line with his old regime and policies, it seems really really crooked!

No more defective than Hillary, who connived at Hillarycare in the 90s, or Obama, who gave us Obamacare and helped fuel race riots during and after his tenure. The reality is that Obama doesn’t care about anyone other than himself. He withheld his endorsement in 2020 until it was certain that Biden would beat all except maybe Sanders.

Biden’s a team player, which is why he is liked on both sides of the aisle on Capitol Hill. Obama is the opposite of a team player. His complete disregard for Biden’s interests is why he’s the last person Joe will listen to. Biden doesn’t feel he owes The One anything, and he’s not wrong. Obama hijacked Biden’s aura of affability and moderation to win the White House, then discarded Joe like a used condom for Hillary. Biden’s done holding anyone else’s coat.

An internal split is going on, equal to the Jimmy Carter-Teddy Kennedy split in the 1980 election campaign. Carter won the nomination but Teddy went so far in making his displeasure known that he even added anti-Carter comments in his speech at the convention that nominated Carter.
