Nearly half of Jewish voters have felt at risk because of their religious identity while living in the Empire State — while more than a third said that New York is no longer a safe haven for their people, a shocking new poll reveals.
The survey conducted for the pro-Israel New York Solidarity Network found that 44% of the 1,200 Jewish voters in New York City and other counties queried said they have felt unsafe, as did 67% of identifiable Orthodox Jews.
More than a third — 35% — said they agreed with the statement: “New York is no longer a safe haven for Jewish life and the Jewish people.”
Nearly 40% of the same voters said the US is no longer a safe haven for Jews.
The numbers are unsettling given that 1.5 million Jews live in New York state — more than any single place on the globe outside of Israel, the poll takers said.
*** Meanwhile, 86% of respondents said they believe that antisemitism is a serious problem, and 56% have witnessed anti-Jewish hatred on social media and online forums — including 72% of those under the age of 30.
Antisemitic hate crimes are up 45% in 2024, according to NYPD data obtained by The Post in April — with many of the emboldened attacks captured on shocking video. ***

One of the main reasons Jews who survived the Third Reich went to Palestine was because they didn’t believe Europe was safe for them.
The vast majority of Jews in New York vote Democrat. I have no idea why, after so many examples of Democrat ill, over the years.
Even extreme leftist Israelis are now said to be converted (surely for only minutes of sanity) to some conservatism, there.
Too many Jews don’t show they have the ability to critically think.
Well said.
Not the Orthodox. They vote conservative.
Yes it does.
Sleep on some of the mattresses down in the tunnels they had?
Exactly. I live in S Florida and the Jewish Democrats will ever change.
Vite for Democrats and fund democrats.
If voters would still vote for this, why does Deep State have to steal NYS’s elections?!?
For bleeps sake, NYC has RCV for a reason.
See my reply #29.
When I worked at Raytheon in Massachusetts, we had a new hire, a middle-aged Jewish man, who had lived and worked on Long Island his entire life, but lost his job and moved to Massachusetts. He acted like a refuge trapped in the Third Reich. About a quarter of the engineers at Raytheon were Jewish at the time. He was amazed that there were Jews, in substantial numbers, outside the New York metropolitan area. And Jews were completely integrated, there weren’t Jewish teams and Irish teams and Italian teams and cliques. Just one big company. His wonder at finding that there were Jews outside of Israel and New York was amusing.
No Shi’ite, Sherlock. The author just noticed the anti-Semitic attacks going on lately?

The vast majority of Jews in America are not religious Jews. They are agnostic at best and more than likely, full atheist. They support using America's riches and military strength to defend their ancestral homeland. They are also living in a historically Christian country and wish for it to continue in it's journey away from that history.
Globalist atheists who don't want our country to go back to being Christian and support regime change wars in defense of Israel have a very comfortable home in the Democrat party. It is a natural fit.
Off topic, but someone asked me recently “Whatever happened to Jesse Jackson?”
And yet all the IQ evaluations state that Ashkenazi Jews are supposed to have the highest collective IQ's of all races. One has to wonder...
"Ma-a-a-a-a-n, ____ Jesse Jackson!"
We do not know for certain what they will do.
This is a new situation—time to pay close attention to what happens on the ground.
Does AI say that?
1 AI doesn’t say anything
2.AI doesn’t exist…except in fiction
3. AI is not a good source for anything
