Grocery costs are too high for families across the country.
We have a plan to tackle them.

Soviet women were so ugly back then.
Lots of SNAP recipients trade their cards for cash so they can buy alcohol and drugs to unscrupulous convenience store owners (usually Indians) who then buy sodas and snacks from Sam’s and Walmart to stock their stores.
What?!?1?
grocery store profit margin is about 2%
I have noticed my local grocery store is offering $1 bags of perfectly good produce. Near the bin it says something to the effect of “no hunger”!
Potatoes, avocados, onions, oranges, and bananas come to mind. Those other day I got over 2 pounds of potatoes for $1, and 3 avocados for $1. We like potatoes, but don’t go through a bunch at one time, so I can’t buy in their larger scale, where the savings often are. The avocados were 1/3 of the price I often pay.
Joe is making me seek out every single cost cutting measure. Too bad our government doesn’t follow the same guidelines that I have to.
Have you ever noticed they never go after Colleges for price gouging tuition and they now demand the taxpayers pay for it?
Yeah, curious that.
LMAO
Please don’t insult the great Soviets by comparing them to our rotten inner city ghetto dwellers. Even in the depths of communism, those wonderful Soviet women showed humanity and grace that our city ghettopatamuses are incapable of showing.
Brandon’s desperation reeks as much as his diaper does.
I disagree. Our inner city ghetto dwellers are far uglier, with ugly souls to match.
The random nature of the price increases indicates they are coming from manufacturers and growers who are experiencing things like increased health insurance costs.
I’m sure the House can hold hearings if Joe wishes to pursue his new vote-buying project.
Nobody in Biden’s Administration could run a supermarket.
Producer costs have increased 19%.
Consumer prices have increased 19%.
There is price-gouging in there, you just can’t see it.
It’s double-secret price-gouging.
I paid $2.79 for a quart of cream for my coffee under Trump.
I last paid $5.29.
I don’t notice lower prices at Walmart
Meanwhile, we with no EBT, scrimp and budget.
We make groceries last. Leftovers become meals. Buying meat and fish at the markdowns, bake my own sourdough bread. Buy the loss leaders in the adds. Buy fresh fruit and produce in season. Rarely eat out.
Lots of veggies and bright colored peppers and squashes. Store brands of everything.
They leave the West behind.
Almost everything in the inner aisles could be Hecho en Mexico.
I promised to pay the cartels $10,000. You’ve sent all the factory jobs to Mexico. Nobody want to buy a new house because they were promised housing at 30% of their income or less and the housing market has stalled. It’s my life. Life was so much better in Honduras.
actually it may be good that he is proposing this right now!!
It will bring ALL those “ on the fence” concerning voting for TRUMP... on over to the finish side. LANDSLIDE victory for TRUMP!!!!!
