Former federal prosecutor Glenn Kirschner suggested in a Tuesday video that President Joe Biden utilize the Supreme Court’s Monday immunity ruling to prevent former President Donald Trump’s reelection.
The Supreme Court found in their ruling on Trump’s immunity appeal that presidents possess immunity from criminal prosecution for “official acts” they take while in office. Kirschner proposed on his YouTube channel three methods to beat Trump, the last of which appeared to be to use the ruling to ensure the former president cannot be reelected.

Kirschner earlier in the video said the Supreme Court ruling enables a president to “use his attorney general to jail his political rival and all other perceived enemies.”
“A president through his attorney general can jail those folk without charges, without evidence, without any due process and there’s not a damn thing law enforcement, prosecutors or the courts can do about it,” he added.

I'm not a lawyer, but I recall reading about something called "a writ of habeas corpus" and again somewhere else about something called a "bill of attainder".
Biden is powerless at this moment. Frozen in time.
Problem is that, Biden wouldn’t know what immunity means, and he wouldn’t know what ‘taking advantage’ means either.
So, whoever is running the presidency would have to take the podium and explain how Biden decided anything.
Furthermore, if Biden were to do anything criminal, because he criminally liable, he’d have to declare the Supreme Court to be null-and-void, and then go and arrest all of them. With no supreme court, all crimes would be legal.

I know, maybe Biden can have his DOJ coordinate with local prosecutors to charge and convict Trump. Maybe even have some to visit the White House for some meetings. Maybe he can do that now that he has immunity.
The democrat party is looking like it’s about get an ass kicking to do anything of use for them saving their ass is a new priority.
Throw Trump in jail, and you’ll throw Trump smack into the White House!
