After this he has a wake up call ...for October.

This will be an attack on the legitimacy of the current makeup of Supreme Court and their momentous recent decisions trying to gin up enthusiasm to vote by his depressed base. He’ll stress that the next President could possibly name multiple SC justices.

As soon the SC ruled on the student loan case the leftoids launched a campaign to delegitimize SCOTUS. They throw out terms like “rogue court” and openly criticize and threaten to impeach justices by name.
The Court is an obstacle to their craven quest for totalitarian rule and must be neutralized. You can bet this speech, written by Obumagabe and Valerie the repulsive lizard creature Jarret, will be more of the same.

Interference in a Judicial Proceedings...cuz it’s not over...going back to other courts. And I now believe holding back the HUR report could be interference AND it does include documents as the Obstruction Law requires.
That's precisely what I was thinking too.
Although on the bright side, Biden does not have immunity from the many crimes he committed when he was a Senator and as 0bama's VP.
