Joe definitely doesn’t bounce. He might shuffle or stumble but never bounce. The media will try anything to change the narrative from Biden’s pitiful debate performance. I don’t know how any normal person could cast a vote for this vegetable. Joe can’t even walk down three stairs without the help of his abusive wife. He’s bouncing back alright.
