"And since most of you trolls work for him, well, it’s your fault then isn’t it? And we know how Putin deals with people who fail him."

Cut the crap with the labeling nonsense. You and your ilk mention Putin and Russia more in your comments than any of us who are against sending unaccounted-for billions of taxpayer dollars to fight yet another unending proxy war, while politicians on both sides of the aisle in this country, their family, friends and big donors get richer.

""History alrways repeats itself."

Like the morons who have repeatedly been supporting costly, and destructive proxy wars for the past 70+ years.

“We’ll stop the war if you surrender.”

It’s the only deal they’re going to get.

What a vicious little false accusation. It kind of makes me wonder who you’re working for.

Why should Ukraine be in NATO? They are already getting the benefits from NATO nations( except for ground troops) and they didn’t have to pay a dime for membership.

The left and its supporters will do just about anything to remain in power including keeping a mentally challenged unethical leader in power as well as railroading a former president. And if it looks like all these attempts may fail they are not beyond starting a major war as things are unlikely to change during a war, regarding elections of any sorts, and this is what all this may lead to. So far it looks like ignorant leader with few exceptions around the globe are pushing full speed ahead in that direction. I hope I am dead wrong

Typical negotiating posturing.

The initial offer is always more than what will be settled for.

Factoids that matter:

2022 (2023 numbers out in about 2 weeks)

Russian oil consumption 3.57 million barrels/day +2.5% year

Ukraine oil consumption 0.2 million barrels/day
(Ukraine consumption in decline was underway pre war —
0.287 in 2012, 0.239 in 2019)

Russian gas consumption 408 billion cubic meters/yr, down from 2021

Ukraine gas consumption 19.3 billion cubic meters/yr, down from 2021

All of Europe down from 2021, warm weather. Even China and India gas consumption were down.

Once Brandon turns 91, his 10-year plan will be fulfilled, and peace will finally come to UKR. UKR also says elections right now are “absurd”, yet we’re ‘protecting’ their democracy - yes, absurd. So at least one side is putting an exit strategery on the table, regardless of absurdity.

Those areas were always self governing. Whatever the boundaries were when the two areas held their referendums...should be the end game.

Zelensky is interested in one thing...ethnic cleansing....not a Russian to be found even though the majority have Russian relations.

"Why should Ukraine be in NATO? They are already getting the benefits from NATO nations( except for ground troops) and they didn’t have to pay a dime for membership."

Germany has just now, this year, for the first time since the end of the Cold War, been able to allocate 2% of their gross domestic product on defense as required by NATO. If Ukraine can't afford to support their own government, or pay for their own wars, where the hell do these people think they're going to get the money to meet NATO's 2% defense requirement?
