The Supreme Court on Thursday rejected a challenge to the abortion pill mifepristone, meaning the commonly used drug can remain widely available.
The court found unanimously that the group of anti-abortion doctors who questioned the Food and Drug Administration’s decisions making it easier to access the pill did not have legal standing to sue.

Sad. By this definition, in the instance of abortion, whether chemical or surgical, the only one who inarguably suffers injury is the aborted baby. So no one has “standing” in the case of abortion.
So, the only practical way to stop abortion through the courts is to have the court find that abortion is murder, which of course it is.

I suppose each state would-it would be part of each state’s right to rule on abortion, and that makes sense to me. When a bunch of women take that pill without medical supervision and some wind up dead or permanently injured, let the lawsuits begin against whichever state they bought the pills in-I’ll bet those pills get taken off the market before long in that state...

The big lie is that Biden won the election, it was stolen.
The fact that Trump is thumping Biden, and that they unleashed lawfare on him is pretty compelling evidence that they are scared to death of him winning, because then he will have access to the receipts that prove the 2020 election was stolen. The telling will come with the sentencing phase. Will it even occur before election day? If it does occur before election day, will there be jail time handed down? If his last name were not Biden, the answer to both questions would be yes.

In what case or cases were these thousands of depositions made? (links please) I am aware of a few affidavits in Michigan. But I’m not aware of any court cases where thousands of depositions were given.
And what of the down ballet results contained within the 81 million Biden votes that are uncontested? Should those winners step aside?
