The telling will come with the sentencing phase. Will it even occur before election day? If it does occur before election day, will there be jail time handed down? If his last name were not Biden, the answer to both questions would be yes.
They even sat on the case for years to allow certain charges expire by virtue of the statute of limitations for those charges. In what case or cases were these thousands of depositions made? (links please) I am aware of a few affidavits in Michigan. But I’m not aware of any court cases where thousands of depositions were given.
