Former House Speaker Paul Ryan, a member of the Fox Corporation Board of Directors, said Tuesday on FNC’s “Your World” that American voters have terrible choices for president in November.
Host Neil Cavuto asked, “There is this historic, unprecedented situation that we’re going to have a former president who’s a convicted criminal and we’re going to have a son of a president who’s a convicted criminal. And I’m just wondering what you think of that?”
Ryan said, “Yeah, I think in a country with 350 million people, this is the choice we have. I, like the majority of Americans, wish we had a different choice than the ones that none when we’re being presented with.”

Don’t the delusional Cavuto and Ryan realize that the worst that Trump can accurately be accused of is being a boor? Now compare THAT to the “big guy.”
I tend to agree with some others on here that Social Security is one of the last things that should be touched. Something WILL have to be done about it, as it is headed toward bankruptcy, but there is SO MUCH that can be cut first.
I wish putzes like Ryan would just go away.

Paul Ryan a perfect example of why American Politics and the binary choices he was pathetically typical of, is a lost cause. And the same could be said for Neil Cavuto, who is a sorry example of a TV journalist, FOX-style—he’s one of their stable of MOR-tending-toward-Dem “alternate voices” they apparently just can’t shake, in their fake imperative to be “fair and balanced”-—remember when that was their motto?\
Most aggravating of all is the apparently permanent presence of Harold Ford, Jr., long ago Congressman, who babbles on meaninglessly on the current day’s topics, and is an obvious continuation of the function of Juan Williams, who seems at least , and AT LAST,to be sidelined .
100% CORRECT and especially the observation that Trump’s original sin was that he was running “as a Republican”—that terrified ALL Democrats, along with the majority RINO/Uniparty Republicans, who were finally comfortable with just being Dem lackeys. It still does, and the shift back to the kind of Republicanism Trump represents is still a long, and painfully slow one for 80-90% of those bearing the “R” brand.
