President Joe Biden sparked concerns Monday night when he appeared to freeze for the better part of a minute before his speech became slurred past the point of comprehension during a lively Juneteenth celebration at the White House.
During the event ahead of the national holiday next week, the Commander-in-Chief seemed to short-circuit as the rest of the crowd, including Vice President Kamala Harris and Second Gentleman Doug Emhoff, grooved along to the lively band.
Philonise Floyd, brother of the late George Floyd, flanked Biden on his left and eventually noticed the concerning pause he was taking and wrapped his arm around him in an apparent effort to help.

Biden is a national embarrassment. Nation leaders laugh at him behind his back.
The spin regarding yesterday will be something like: "He didn't freeze up. There was no problem. He was just standing there enjoying the music and taking in the festive atmosphere around him." However, if he freezes up this way on the debate stage, with no one next to him to provide cover, there will be no plausible explanation they can offer.
I have to admit that he has more rhythm than I do. Not making excuses but he may have been frozen in disbelief of the dude in the dress.
Just look at his arms and hand: stiff and immobile. Like a wax dummy................
Maybe everyone is missing the point. If he really doesn’t know where he is or why he is there, is it possible he is just terrified of being among so many Black people?
Remember his argument against busing. He didn’t want his children in the “jungle.” “Are these the people who ate Uncle Bosey?” If he really does have the mind of a child, could he be just frozen in terror?
A first year neurology intern could tell what is happening. The man is having a TIA and based on his expression he has had them before and is frozen in fear.
I read all of the comments to see if anyone noticed that freak in the dress. I bet Joe was anxious to sniff it.
Is it neglect and abuse to allow him to just stand there? At least one person recognized the problem and reached out to him. Where was Jill, White House staff, and the Secret Service?
Lat night, on the FOX local station in Tampa, they had a story about a 108 year old woman, who actually looked more alive and lucid than Biden at 81 or even during the 2020 election. Her daughters, both in their 80s, also looked also looked and sounded about 30 years younger than Biden.
They replaced his batteries and charged him up at a Tesla charging station and he was his old self. Which isn’t very good on his best day.
I’m really offended that he decided to observe my favorite holiday Juneteenth on June Tenth.
What’s up with that?
