President Joe Biden sparked concerns Monday night when he appeared to freeze for the better part of a minute before his speech became slurred past the point of comprehension during a lively Juneteenth celebration at the White House.
During the event ahead of the national holiday next week, the Commander-in-Chief seemed to short-circuit as the rest of the crowd, including Vice President Kamala Harris and Second Gentleman Doug Emhoff, grooved along to the lively band.
Philonise Floyd, brother of the late George Floyd, flanked Biden on his left and eventually noticed the concerning pause he was taking and wrapped his arm around him in an apparent effort to help.

They were worried about another bending-over incident so someone put “Stand still, don’t move” int his teleprompter.
If he does this on live TV during a debate it will be the end of his presidency, and Kamalalala will be sworn in within 24 hours................
No and No. The press has been silent for THREE YEARS that Biden has not done a single actual unscripted press conference, not one.
Biden is the equivalent of a person suffering from Alzheimer’s brought out of hospice care and paraded in front of the American people. Biden has the equivalent of hospice care in the White House, and those people are shameless monsters.
The WH has the drug companies on speed dial.
I absolutely cringe out watching anyone go through this, what I watched my father go through for a few years. He fell asleep and died watching a Red Sox Yankees game at 95 years old. This is top shelf elder abuse.
